General information about the Cancellation Instructions.

Licencees of online Shops are legally obligated to instruct buyers about their legal right of withdrawal (§§ 312b Abs. 1 312d Abs. 1, 312c Abs. 1^st sentence 1 BGB i.V.m. § 1 Abs. 1 No. 10 BGB InfoV). The content of the cancellation instruction are to be inferred out from § 1 Abs. 1 No. 10 BGB InfoV.

If you should be a customer who can be regarded as consumer, then you can cancel your contract within one month (30 days) without indication of reasons in Text form (e.g. by letter, fax, or E-Mail).

A consumer is every person, who closes a legal transaction for a purpose, which can be added neither to ones commercial nor ones independent job-related activities.

The period of cancellation begins on time, on which the consumer received a clearly arranged instruction over his right of cancellation and rights, in text form communicated, which also contains names and address of the opposite to which the cancellation is to be explained, as well as the advice about the period onset. To ensure the period the punctual posting of the cancellation is sufficing.

Under certain conditions we can require compensation according to the value by the buyer, if the buyer recalls the sales contract and the condition of the commodity is, in the time between the purchase and the cancellation, worsened by the intended use of the commodity by the buyer.

We have this right, if we as salesmen, have instructed you as a buyer in accordance with § 357 Abs. 3^rd sentence 1 BGB at the latest with the contract conclusion.

A reference after the contract conclusion would be illegal, likewise the omit of the explanation.

The instruction over the achievement of compensation according to the value with degradation is an element of the cancellation instruction and can also be found in our general terms and conditions act.

So this instruction does not take place belated, but it takes place before the contract conclusion.

The purchase of the commodity takes place on the basis of the general trading conditions (general terms and conditions act / AGB) of the operator of the Onlineshops.

The buyer confirms in the final order transaction that he has read and printed out the AGBs and that he agrees on the inclusion of the AGBs into the act of sale.
